Hayley is an American actor and singer. Many people recognize her as Erica Goldberg in the comedy TV series 'The Goldbergs'. But, she is primarily an artist. She says that music has always been her first love. Her first training began in the field of professional music when she was twelve. After some experimentation with writing songs, she recorded her album of covers at the age of 14. Since then there has been no looking back. Orrantia was born in the USA but holds Hispanic origins. She is a native of Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when a young girl and her whole life was in the USA. To keep her heritage, she's learned Spanish and has written songs in that language. "Hasta Verte", a Spanish-language song which she recorded can be a perfect example. Orrantia tried out for The X Factor in 2011. Orrantia had been picked by a panel of YouTube videos and got four "yeses," from judges at Seattle during live audition phase. While she auditioned initially as a solo artist, in "Hollywood Week", she and three other female singers, were placed in a group for the rest of auditions. They were eliminated from the program during the fifth week of live performances.
