Catherine Bell is an actress of great height and athletic abilities. Born in London, England she moved with her family to Los Angeles as a little girl. Following her decision to drop out of the pre-med college to study modelling in Japan, Catherine Bell decided to concentrate on her work acting as an actress. After working in commercials for a short time, she moved back to Los Angeles to guest star on TV as well as to appear in a few minor film roles. Isabella Rosellini hired her in 1992 as her bare physical therapist. While filming Death Becomes Her she got to know Adam Deason (her future husband). After a brief appearance on the NBC show JAG and writing an open letter to JAG's producers, expressing interest in it. She was a part of JAG in 1996 when the show was transferred from the network to CBS. Her role was that of Major Sarah"Mac" Mackenzie. David James Elliott played Commander Harmon "Harm Rabb." As a real-life kickboxer and snowboarder and snowboarder, her skills in the sport paved the way for physically demanding roles in action films such as Men of War, Crash Dive, and Black Thunder.
